Elevating Black Leaders in Sport (EBLS) is an initiative designed by Laureus USA and launched in partnership with Gatorade to meet the specific needs of grassroot, Black-led organizations (or Black-led programs) with the dual goals of holistically supporting Black leaders in youth sports and increasing access to sports-based youth development programming for Black youth. 

Coach Mike and the Heritage Youth Sports Foundation is part of their inaugural cohort.  A group of 8 organizations from New York, Minneapolis, Chicago and Atlanta kicked off the program.
